The Dartford site in North West Kent, just a short distance from London, has long suffered from industrial use, leaving the land degraded and fragmented. This restoration project aims to transform the area by planting woodlands, meadows, and grasslands, incorporating species resilient to future climate change. The restoration will create diverse habitats for wildlife, improve soil health, and help capture carbon. With a new public footpath, the area will also offer recreational benefits to the local community, fostering a stronger connection to nature.
