Vancity was looking to encourage customers to make the switch from paper statements to e-statements to reduce costs to the business, while also reducing their environmental footprint.

Vancity ran a campaign to incentivize their customers to make the switch by offering to plant a tree for every Swap to e-statement.
Outcome
During the campaign, a total of 10,627 switches took place. This represents approx. 2% of Vancity’s member-base. In addition, Vancity ran an employee content, in which over 30 branches participated.
